Photogrammetry
Photogrammetry is the art of creating precise measurements and 3D models from 2D images. By analyzing the geometric properties of multiple photographs taken from different angles, photogrammetry software reconstructs the shape, size, and spatial relationships of objects within the images. This process involves extracting common points or features from the images, then using algorithms to triangulate their positions in 3D space.
I use both my drone, as well as my Canon M50 to create these models. Typical rule of thumb is 70% overlap for each picture.
